Ground Rules for Comments & Posts (continued)

    The comment form is at the end of the continuation for each post.  Please fill it out and include your name and email address.  Your email address will not be posted, nor will it even be available to me.  The software gives me an alias which I can use to email you back through the software provider using the alias.  I will be checking comments to make sure that the comments fit these ground rules.  There will be no content change in any comment that is published. 

    Also, if you would like to post a message concerning any of the subjects listed under Categories, and pertaining to POA Governance, please submit the message to me by email.  Break the message into two parts:  (1) a short introduction providing a brief summary and encouraging readers to read the continuation, and (2) the continuation, which is the message itself.

I enclosed our website url for information.

I post a lot on HOATalk. Don posts there occasionally. I may be at the point that I can understand some of the things he talks about. I do know he knows a hell of a lot more than I and I also know, we have had people running our condo, however well or ill intended, don't really have a clue of how this machine is supposed to run. I appreciate all the search features you have and will with time get into them. Is it proper for me, from SC to comment on this site. I appreciate all the information here and have yet to
go to your comments (Blog) section.

Dear Robert,

I have no objection if you post comments and questions on my weblog, but I do ask that the comments and questions be of a general nature and applicable to owners association across the country. The weblog is focused on Michigan on which detail Michigan comments and questions are in order.

I do reply to most comments in a general way, or possibly specific for Michigan.
